There are several DAN lounges at Tel Aviv Airport. The lounge at the B Gates has contracts with LOUNGE CLUB, Priority Pass and most Star Alliance carriers.
I went there before on my last trip with UP! from Tel Aviv to Prague, but hadn't had any time to take decent pictures.
While its status as a Priority Pass Lounge will raise eyebrows, the lounge actually serves pretty decent food - I really liked the hummus and tahini served. There is also reasonable wine, beer and champagne.
The WiFi is on the slow side, but it's enough to load up a couple of web pages while you wait.
The seats are comfy and you get a good view towards the other end of the terminal.
No real reason to plan for extra time to hit this lounge, but if you get to Tel Aviv Airport early (which you always should really, given the paranoid security), then this is a decent place to spend an hour or two...
