ANA First Class Lounge Tokyo Narita (NRT) Review
Before my flight with Singapore Airlines First Class A380 (Review) I had access to the ANA First Class Lounge at Tokyo Narita (NRT) airport. If you have been to the ANA Business Class Lounge (Review) and I bet you have - this lounge is quite similar in layout and service.
Of course there must be an upgrade to the Business Class lounge - You guessed it is the food being served.
There is a noodle bar that produces fresh noodles on request (similar to the Cathay Pacific noodle bar in the Cathay Pacific Business Class Lounge (Review).
There is also a buffet of sandwiches and fresh seafood (read sushi variations). I found those to be pretty adventurous and of high quality and fresh taste.
The lounge attendants are even more subservient than in the Business Class lunge - who thought you can top that. I found it way over the top that - but well you are in Japan and it's the way this country often is.
Take a look at the pictures - this is a good lounge to call home for some time but not a lounge you need to be at all costs.
Finally can someone explain to me why Thai Airways flies a A380 to Osaka and Tokyo but not to the US?
