In addition, the Go HiltonFamily & Friends Travel program benefits those employees' friends and relatives with cheaper rates, too, though they have to first be pre-approved online by the employee.



In order to set up and access the discounts and approve family and friends, a Hilton employee needs a Lobby User ID and a Team Member HHonors account (or an applicable Owners HHonors account). Friends and family members just need regular Hilton HHonors accounts; if you don't yet have one, sign up here for free and then give the employee your name and HHonors number exactly as it appears on your account so that they can approve you.

Once you're approved, you can book the Family & Friends rate yourself simply by logging in here on the Go Hilton homepageby usingyour usualHHonors sign-in details. This is handy as it means you can thenmanage your own reservations instead of having to rely on the employee to book for you or have to deal with any issues such as changes or cancellations.

When checking in for reservations made on Go Hilton, approved friends and family members need to present photo IDand you no longer need an authorization form such as the old paper passport.
