Radisson Blu Hotel Wroclaw Review
The Radisson Blu Hotel Wroclaw is one of the few five-star hotels in this Polish city. It sits in a pretty spot, just minutes outside Wroclaw's old town center, between the river banks and a park. We arrived at 11AM and were welcomed by a super-friendly front desk attendant. She managed to find the room type we wanted (even though it wasn't on the reservation) - all we had to do was wait an hour. Easy enough!
We got upgraded to a business class room, which we noted was in lovely shape.
The bathroom looked more like Hyatt standard and couldn't have been any better. It was spacious and highly functional, with a perfect shower.
The room itself was big and easily held three beds. The beds were of high standard, each with a firm but high quality mattress.
The WiFi was easy and free to connect and came in at 20 Mbit at any time. We had forgotten to bring a power adapter and asked downstairs; to my surprise, the hotel had none on offer. However, over an hour later they managed to find one and gave it us free of charge (we could also keep it to take home after our stay!)
The hotel comes with a sauna, gym and restaurant on the first floor. Unfortunately, we were unable to try any of them as we spent a lot of time exploring the city. There is no pool sadly, which would have been great given the roasting temperatures.
There are plenty of high quality coffee shops in Wroclaw, right around the Radisson Blu, so a hotel breakfast wasn't something we wanted to splurge on.
In summary, this is a classy property in a great location that does very well. I can't fault the hotel.
